🐩 Dog & Horse Clipper Blade Sharpening

A dull or incorrectly tensioned clipper blade pulls hair, generates excess heat, and irritates the animal. We sharpen and service all standard A5 snap-on blades, wide blades, and specialty grooming clippers.

Our Blade Service Includes:

  2. Hollow grinding on specialized hollow-disc machinery to guarantee proper cutting contact.
  3. Demagnetizing blades to prevent hair sticking.
  4. Replacing glide clips (if required).
  5. Re-assembly, precise tension setting, and oiling.

We know you can’t afford to be without your main working tools for a week.

  • Local Workshop Drop-Off (Widnes): Drop your blades or shears at our Widnes workshop in the morning and pick them up the same day (where available and booked in advance) or within 24 hours. (Please call ahead to confirm drop-off times).
  • UK-Wide Postal Service: Wrap your items securely and post them to us via Royal Mail Tracked. We sharpen and return them within 24–48 hours of receipt.
